After weighing all of the scenarios, the Organising Committee, together with FIS and the other St. Moritz 2017 stakeholders, decided to move today’s men’s downhill race to tomorrow directly following the ladies’ downhill, creating a Super Sunday at the 2017 FIS Alpine Ski World Championships.
The ladies’ will take to the course first at 11:15 with the men following at 13:30. In the case of any delay, the ladies’ race will take priority, but the goal is to give the alpine skiing family one of the most incredible days of racing in the history of World Championship action.
